Exchanges & Return
Our luxury wellness products are meticulously dyed and crafted in Small Batches to minimize overproduction and preserve raw materials and our team's efforts. Each item undergoes rigorous quality checks both at the workshop and before shipment. There will be slight variant in products as each product is hand weaved and handmade. Due to it's natural process the products are bound to have slight variation than shown in pictures. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to make things right.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We facilitate exchanges and returns for size discrepancies, incorrect products, or damages, offering either a replacement product or store credit. We only accept one-time exchanges and returns. Customised and sale items items are ineligible for exchanges or returns.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us at support@paizlie.com with your order number and reason for return within 3 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the process.
STORE CREDIT
We offer store credit for items returned within 15 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with tags. However, there will be a re-stocking fees of Rs 250.
**Please note: If the items are found to be used, customer will be ineligible for store credit and refunds. Also, they'll have to pay additional for transportation.
